Here you may see only example.

Information is arranged in the tables one star each. The first row contains FK5 number, magnitude, spectral class, name of the star and mean place at J1997.5. We have fk5 star 906 with mean alpha = 1h08m21.837s and mean delta = 86o14'37.64" in examlpe below. The second row contains alpha0 and delta0. These numbers must consist of four digits. If there are no four digits, please add leading zeroes. In example we have alpha0 = 108 = 0108 = 01h08m and delta0 = 8614 = 86o14m. Different parts of the table may have different alpha0 and delta0.After two rows explained there is table of 32 rows. Each row contains approximate date of upper culmination, seconds of apparent right ascension, difference alpha minus alfa previous, seconds of declination, difference delta minus delta previous. To form apparent right ascension for the date specified add seconds of apparent right ascension to alpha0. The same method is for apparend declination.

After all there are four lines. Line 'Double ...' contains dates when double upper and double lower culmination occurs. The next lines contains delta, its secans and its tangent for eight delta near mean delta.
